1. Paypal:
PayPal is how individuals and businesses send and receive money online. You can choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account. You can make secure purchases without reavealing your credit card number of financial information. Paypal does not reveal your financial information to sellers. Payments are made immediately, far quicker than sending cheque's or money orders, thus reducing your order time. When shopping at this site, select PayPal at checkout, and pay for your purchases with a credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal balance.

2. Mail in cheque's:il in cheque:
International bank cheque’s, and international money orders made out in Euros are only accepted, you can check the currency conversion at www.xe.com. At this time we cannot accept visa/mastercard through fax or phone. Orders are shipped immediately after cheque's are cleared. Please add at least seven days to overall order time if this payment method is used. Please contact us for the postal address to send completed order forms and payment. The order form that can be printed out, is located at the bottom of this page.

3. Shipping:
Prints: both unlimited and limited, giclee and digital, may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Orders will usually arrive sooner in most cases. We are very much at the mercy of the An Post ( Irish National postal service) and the U.S National postal service. All limited edition prints are signed and numbered by the artist and come with a certificate of authenticity, and an explanation about the print. All prices on this site include packaging and shipping charges. All pieces over $100-USD in value will be sent using registered mail, orders under this value will be shipped using standard post. Postal rates are based on An Post (Irish post) rates effective from 1st March 2007. We do not make any money on shipping, nor do we add extra to ship, you pay exactly what we pay for this service.

Carvings: As all carvings are hand carved please allow for smaller pieces, under 300 USD 2 to 4 weeks for order to arrive. For larger carvings above 300 USD, depending on size and intricacy, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for order to arrive. Please contact us to discuss larger orders. If an order is for a special event, we would encourage you to give plenty of notice so that your piece can be carved in time. If you would like a piece in either a smaller size or a larger size, and in a certain wood type, please e-mail us and we will do our best to work with you. Please note, most carving orders will arrive much sooner than stated ( this is the very outside timeframe ), and if the carving is in stock it will be shipped immediately.

Packaging:
We do our best to package every order in a manner that will protect the items inside; however we can unfortunately not guarantee secure handling from the shipping services. If you receive your order and it has been damaged please contact us as soon as possible. We make an attempt to recycle wherever possible.

Exchange information:
Sorry, we do nor accept returns. Exchanges only. Originals as well as giclee’s both limited and unlimited can not be exchanged. We will accept exchanges for new items or site credit. All shipping costs incurred during the exchange will be paid by the customer. Please contact Irish Celtic Illuminations for exchange instructions. Items will be accepted for exchange if postmarked within 20 days of purchase. Items sent back beyond 20 days or if damaged in an unsellable condition will not be accepted. Please send any exchanges well packaged and if necessary, by insured mail; as well as any exchange information you receive from us. If you receive the wrong item in your order, please e-mail us immediately. We will review your order, and amend the error as soon as possible.
